The background remover runs entirely in your browser. Your photos are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to, stored on, or processed by our servers. We do not require registration, and we do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it through the contact form.
We use browser storage (Cache API / IndexedDB / localStorage) solely to keep the app working offline-friendly: the downloaded AI model is cached on your device so you do not have to download it again, and your editor preferences are remembered. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
If you use the contact or API request form, we receive the name, email address, volume estimate and message you type. We use it only to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
The app loads the AI model file and runtime libraries from our own content delivery network (Cloudflare). When loading these assets, your browser connects to that network according to its privacy policy. We may use privacy-friendly analytics and Google AdSense to keep the tool free; these third parties may set cookies as described in their own policies. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party marketing trackers ourselves. You can block cookies in your browser; the background remover keeps working.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. There is no user database because there are no accounts.
English is the official and primary language of this site. All non-English interface text and page content is translated (in part with automated assistance) for convenience. In case of any difference or ambiguity, the English version is authoritative.
